We transformed an Orlando venue into a high-impact blend of AV technology and seamless branding to deliver a standout production for HNTB’s Officers Conference. Anchoring the general session, our bold LED design captivated with its large scale, fluid motion, and striking presence. A custom stage featuring a scenic buildout brought added depth and dimension, while carefully crafted lighting and sound enhanced every keynote and recognition moment. Consistent branded content and compelling visual storytelling created a unified, purposeful experience throughout the event. Combining expert AV execution with distinctive branded elements, the conference raised the bar for internal events—memorable, impactful, and designed to impress.
